Design tips: Keep text, logos and other critical elements 3/8" away from edges.

PDF export tips: Flatten layers and embed fonts in PDFs for maximum compatibility.

Prioritize high-resolution files: Upload the highest quality version of your file whenever possible.

Match resolution to the product: The industry standard for most printing is 300 pixels per inch (ppi). However, larger items viewed from a distance—like posters, yard signs, and banners—print perfectly fine at much lower resolutions, like 150 ppi or and even down to 100 ppi.

Do the "zoom test": Resolution requirements ultimately depend on your expectations and specific use case. When in doubt, open the file on your computer and zoom in to see how crisp it looks.

Adjust and crop on the next screen: The next step will give you the tools to scale and crop your image to fit. The system will automatically warn you if your resolution drops critically low.
