If your total order amount — including products and shipping — falls below $28, a $10 Small Order Fee is automatically added at checkout. We'd much rather see your money go toward our products than a fee, so consider grabbing another print to reach the minimum!

Only if they are kept free from any moisture. Our paper materials are printed with aqueous inks which will run if they get wet. Many of our non-printed materials are are printed with UV cured inks and are suitable for outdoor use. Please email posterninja@keithfabry.com for details about the specific material(s) you are interested in.

JPEG, PDF, TIFF and PNG.

Your files should be around 150dpi for most uses. Artwork and high quality prints should be 300dpi for optimum results. Resolution can be as low as 50dpi for banners, temporary posters, and other prints where quality isn’t critical.

No, you do not need to include bleed. Our file uploading system is designed to place your artwork onto a template at the exact print dimensions. Adding bleed alters the final dimensions of your file, which can cause alignment or cropping errors during upload. Please submit your artwork at the exact final print size.

File size is usually the main reason for this. Our upload software has a 100MB file size limit. Below are some solutions if your file exceeds this limit:

• Reduce resolution to 100dpi in Photosho
• Convert CMYK files to RGB.
• Save Tiff files to Jpeg.
• Make sure your file doesn’t have any special characters like quotation marks, commas, apostrophes, etc.
• Some complex PDF files cannot render online previews. Please convert to Jpeg and upload.

If none of these work, you can upload dummy file(s) and send high-res file(s) to posterninja@keithfabry.com using your preferred file transfer service. You must put a note in at the checkout letting us know these are dummy file(s) and referencing the name of the file(s) to be printed.

Our system analyzes the size of your files to be sure that it can print well at poster size. Some files are simply too low resolution and enlarging them will result in a blurry, pixelated image. You can still proceed knowing that your printed results will look less than perfect.

Orders placed by midnight will print and ship-out the following business day. If you need same day printing and ship-out, we can help for an additional fee. Call or text 804-366-0642 for more info. Pickup orders will be ready the next business day by 2PM EST, or you can choose Rush Pickup at checkout and your prints will be ready within 4 business hours for an additional fee. Business days are Monday – Friday.

The most common reasons are missing address information, business closed at the time of delivery, and areas where UPS will not leave the package at your door. UPS will usually leave a note and your package will go to an access point. After a certain number of days, if it is not picked up, it will be shipped back to us.

When packages are returned to us, we are not only charged for the shipment, but we are also charged for the shipping back to us. We can re-ship it to you for $12.99 by UPS Ground, plus the cost that we incurred for the returned shipment.

Please email your tax documents to posterninja@keithfabry.com. Your email subject line should be "Poster Ninja Tax Exempt Request". Once we receive and review your email, we will mark your account Tex Exempt and taxes will no longer be applied in checkout.

We are located in Virginia which is an origin-based sales tax state. This means a sale is considered to take place at the location where it’s completed (Virginia), even if the product is shipped elsewhere. Therefore, we are required to collect sales taxes on all sales aside from those to tax exempt organizations (see below).
